Servers Collocation

Collocation of servers: collocated servers-shared servers

Collocation is a service in which we will connect a server that you own to the internet. This means that if you have your own server on the Internet, you do not have to pay continuously a connection to the Internet. Collocation is an outsourcing solution where the client places its server(s) in our Data Center and the client is responsible for administration while we provide the cabinet space, bandwidth, routing, and electricity. Collocation saves you the time and the vast expense of building and maintaining a network for your server(s). You will get carrier-class connectivity, atmospheric controls, uninterrupted power and other options at a very reasonable price. We provide a superior co-location service. So, we offer both Web hosting on our own servers and collocation services for clients servers in our datacenters. If you do not already have a server, we can build one for you. You can rely on large bandwidth to cover the most resource intensive needs.

So, server collocation is an attractive option for individuals and small businesses that want all the benefits of having a popular website with tons of data, but don't necessarily want to pay for the bandwidth that such popularity requires just - rental fees and connection fees.

  • - Full access to the server, full responsible for maintaining it
  • - Enhanced performance and flexibility
  • - Full control your server configuration, server environment
  • - Remote reboot
  • - Quality network traffic allocations…

Dedicated Server-no sharing

For sites requiring more power than what normal hosting can provide, a dedicated server is usually the better route to take.

Having a dedicated server is a completely different from normal virtual (shared) hosting. The server is now fully yours - the entire hard disk and all the bandwidth allocated can be used as you want. There is no longer any CPU Usage restriction. If you need, you can use up 100% CPU utilization. You can put all your sites on this one server without having to worry about paying hosting fees for each site added.

But along with these new liberations come new responsibilities. Most important is to ensure that you server is always patched and up to date. There are new updates being constantly released, which if not applied to your server could let a hacker could gain inner access to your server.

Because management can be so difficult, there are usually two types of dedicated hosting offered by our Company:

  • Unmanaged - your host will not help you maintain the server. Far more cheaply than managed dedicated, you should only opt for an unmanaged server if you are well versed with how a server functions. The server will be given to you either with a plain operating system installation or with a control panel installed. It is your duty to take care of all upgrades, patches, configuration, security, and fixing any problems. In such a situation, it might be worthwhile to hire a system administrator to ensure that your server is always in good condition
  • Managed - we will assist you in the upkeep of your server. This can be a little expensive, but for those without the technical skills it can be very helpful. By choosing to go with a managed dedicated server, our company will help you with the above-mentioned administrator responsibilities. It will save you the headache of trying to get your server to work if there are any problems. We provide 24/24, 7/7 emergency response service and uninterrupted power, system administration, temperature and physical access control cooling and Internet bandwidth; we provide all hardware, software and services needed to relieve our customers of any concern regarding the maintenance of your server

Dedicated servers come either as just plain installations (where only the operating system and basic services are installed) or with a control panel. The control panel lets you easily modify most server features from a web page. It should be noted that the control panel will have limitations, and will not provide access to everything.

Clustered hosting

IF you have multiple servers hosting the same content, we recommend clustered hosting for better resource utilization. Clustered Servers are a perfect solution for high-availability dedicated hosting, or creating a scalable web hosting solution. A cluster may separate web serving from database hosting capability.

Virtual Collocation or Virtual Dedicated Server

Virtual Private Server (VPS) is the best solution to host multiple sites. When traffic is growing and you need additional backup, file storage or root access to configure and run new programs, VPS is a great choice.

Virtual Private Server (VPS) divides server resources into virtual servers, where resources can be allocated in a way that does not directly reflect the underlying hardware. VPS will often be allocated resources based on a one server to many VPSs relationship, however virtualization may be done for a number of reasons, including the ability to move a VPS container between servers. The users may have root access to their own virtual space. Customers are sometimes responsible for patching and maintaining the server.
